Also, there was something about slate and concrete. Keep an eye out for anything slate or concrete related. (Dont' know what that would be but I don't want you to miss anything!)

Monuments are made of slate and concrete.

Google is just taunting us. WE CAN SEE THE MONUMENT IN STREET VIEW, BUT WE STILL CAN'T READ IT!

This is from the clue that led us to the X,Y coords:

Count, Slating, and Concrete are all capitalized. This prolly means you need to count something to do with slate or concrete, and also copy whatever words, letters, numbers, whatever are on the monument, sign or whatever.
