It's possible that there was enough moonlight for the camera to catch it. The best evidence comes from the "doll's" movement. It flops around so much that it was almost definitely a real doll and not an animation. Now this doesn't mean it was the Tails Doll, they could have gotten some sort of tails doll and recorded it then brightened it up in editing. Maybe we should ask where they lived and what day they took it and see what the moon was like. Of course there are many more explanations that are actually more likely, maybe a light was on.

What now? Basement curse?
Edit: Wait hold on, by that you mean a basement curse or just that the doll was there?

Eh. I don't really believe it.. Since I could perfectly see the Tails Doll Plush. It is odd how there wasn't anything behind it on the filter, but the circles at the top could have been strings. It is easy to tie strings on a plush and maneuver it. As for the "Wind" noises, I would guess it's probably just a recording of some sound. It would actually be pretty easy to do all of that.
