Um, sir, if I'm sadly mistaken, the picture doesn't seem to be showing up at all, regardless that you actually put the tags of on there. Maybe you could convert it to Photobucket or the like so we can see what you're exactly talking about. No, wait, I shall, my friend.

Here it is Somewhat weird, if I do say so myself. Though I haven't been in a full fledged experience with this, I've heard accounts from my friends that they've seen this phenomenon.

Hmm. I think it might be a sort of controlled version of ball lightning. It is said when touched, a strong electrically shock it felt. Or it could be a sort of ball of static electricity, that doesn't dissipatate easily. I think this due to the fact that they said "Best in dry weather".
Hmm, a serious member, are we?
