New chat idea for dealing with guests.

Yeah, you know, real-life-fgt-guests. When one comes, we member them automatically. Then we ask if they want to be modded/owner'd.

If yes, we ban them forever and rub it in their faces. :3

If no, we still guest and kick because they are not part of the TDRL club. :l

I still say this is pointless.
It'll probably just get annoying complaints and stuff and make them bug us even more.
