{ The plot in itself is still open to change, hence why I'm leaving my first post vague. But it is kinda based of Silent Hill, a fandom I am seriously into at this time. But let's add a familiar twist to it. .. lol i hope i did this right }
{Anyone who replies must know the following about this town: It is now virtually empty. While it doesn't look dead, there are no plants, nothing. But how long has it been empty? What's happening to this place? Use some imagination. It's basically first-come-first serve, so whoever eventually gets around to telling what happened, that's what happened. I just want to see some creativity on your parts too. )
The goat stretched, back arching inward, popping delightedly, urging forth a yawn that parted his jaws and curled his tongue. Once this climax of his stretch had ended his arms and back went limp, and, for a moment, he merely hung there, puppetlike, and rose up to observe his surroundings. It wasn't too often he came to a place like this.
Firstly, he noticed that this part of town was empty. Behind him, on the other side of his vehicle, there were cars, turning onto different intersections, but none of them turned towards his location. Ramm raised a furry eyebrow. That was odd. But he was soon caught up by something else. Not only was it devoid of people, but it was also devoid of any animal or plant life. There was no moss, no trees - just lonely, empty streets and buildings with no lights.
Curiosity drove Ramm forward as he stepped away from his car. He stood in the middle of the four-lane road, sniffing the air and trying to make sense of it all. It smelled dead, as though he'd stepped into say, two minutes into the past and time had fled this place. But he remembered in a book what happened to places like that. Hideous monsters came, and destroyed the past. He rolled his eyes and kept walking, towards one of the buildings. He just needed to satisfy this curiosity. Once he saw someone, he'd go back to his car and drive through this town like it was nothing.
But the windows were dark. Ramm used a hand to move away some of the dust and narrowed his eyes to see better. Nothing. He frowned and walked to the door and gave an attempt to open it. But the door was shut tight and his hands merely slipped off of it. He tried again, yanking with both hands, but it wouldn't open.
Okay, this was just too strange for him. He'd turn around and go back to town and just get out of this place. Something didn't feel quite right about it. But as soon as he turned around, his eyes went for the place he'd come from - the populated intersection. But then they widened. It, too, was empty. Ramm shook his head and ignored the nervous twinge in his gut. He was in his car so quickly he had hardly realized it.
He thanked whatever was watching him that his car would start, and he turned around and drove away. But soon the nervous feeling soured. Cars were missing. He grew irritated and sped up, hoping to at least see a cop or something. Nothing. After several minutes of nearly getting lost he finally stopped obeying all traffic law and drove like a maniac, skidding to a halt to see in the buildings. But the town had mysteriously grown empty.
"What the...?" he grunted, finally getting out of his car and dragging his map with him. Stubborn as he was, he'd check every stupid building in this town until he found life. He grabbed a pen from his shirt collar and scribbled out the building next to him. Maria's Diner. And then he started walking.
