KRD told me a while ago that there isn't any Echidna class since Knuckles is supposed to be the last one. I'm assuming he wants to keep this kind of canon, which makes sense to me.

Even though the Sonic Team doesn't always follow their own rules. Knuckles is the last one, but they constantly forget that. |

With Metropolis as their next destination, they meet Shadow and he joins up in order to find E-123 Omega,[13] but are attacked by Shade and her Marauders. She reveals herself to be an Echidna of the Nocturnus Tribe, leaving Knuckles, supposedly the last of the Echidnas, shocked . After her defeat, the team head to Angel Island to get the Master Emerald before the Marauders, but are shot down; they confront the Nocturnus leader, the Grand Imperator Ix, who reveals his plot to take over the dimension. Shade is shocked, having believed that Ix merely wanted to bring her clan back to Earth, as they had been sealed in an alternate dimension called the Twilight Cage. Tails and Eggman arrive with a non-lethal weapon, using it transport several of the Nocturnus back to the Twilight Cage, but Ix escapes and steals the Master Emerald. This causes Angel Island to fall from the sky, and Knuckles saves Shade as the island crashes into Metropolis that. supposedly there ARE other echidnas, they're just hiding somewhere. Something like that could be used as an interesting origin story for a class. |

Yeah, Echidna's could be high physical power,, low on magic, average/high speed, etc. Just base it on Knuckles. This could work! It could be a side story for the Echidna's. But, if we do it like that, then shoulcn't each other one also have a side story thingy to them too? I'm just saying...

Unless each of us can be as an in-game unplayable character of our choosing and 100% customized, then I don't think we're gonna do that.
