[Open] Curiousity turned into the cat...

Ah... Another wonderful morning...
And nothing to do...
Luna walked along the street, and looked at the nearby forest. Maybe something was there? Of course, she wasn't the kind to do such things... But maybe this time? Out of curiousity, Luna traveled towards the forest, and made sure no-one was looking. As she stepped on the ground in the forest, something felt different... Luna fell to her knees as an invisible force pushed her, wondering why... She saw a figure approaching from the shadows, before losing consicousness... The figure came near her and muttered something about a perfect subject... For what...?

A thin brown cat walked circles around Luna's body. It looked impatient. When Luna came to, it stared sharply into her quizzical eyes. It trotted away flicking its tail, and Luna heard voices again. "She's not falling for it. I'm supposed to be a stray cat, for goodness sakes!" "Perhaps humans do not have a weak spot for cats?" "Are you accusing me of making a mistake on something so important?" "Well, you seemed to study rather quickly---" Luna heard a screech unlike anything she had heard before, and fell, paralyzed. It had to be a dream, somehow...

[Luna]

...What?

Luna wondered, where the voices could come from...? Once she realized it, she was awake... Or was she? Anyways, without noticing the cat, Luna stood up and tried to look towards the outside world... Nowhere to be seen...

Finally, as she looked at the ground, there seemed to be a brown cat, but Luna decided to ignore it, as the top priority was to find some way to get out of there.

The figures veiled by the thick growth were yelling at each other. "This was your idea!" "Why did you agree with me if you 'knew it would go wrong from day one'?!" "You didn't ask me!" "So, we're in an alternate universe chasing a human. How will we ask her to follow us?" "That's the problem! What are the chances a human would speak English?" When they were sure Luna had left, they walked into the clearing. They would appear to someone who didn't just see them talking to be ordinary chipmunks. The shorter one crossed its paws to its chest and shivered. "I want our clothes." The taller one curled its lips in a frown. "But in this universe chipmunks don't wear clothes. Come on."

[Ness]

Ness Passed Trees, And rocks, Until he Got to the Center of the forest.
"Finally, Some Peace And Quiet," he said, as he sat down on a rock.

[Luna]

As Luna wandered back to the scene for some odd reason, the sounds of the 'chipmunks' could have clearly been heard... "Chipmunks wearing clothes? That's just ridiculous!" she thought to herself.

Anyway, as she didn't have any business there, Luna walked deeper into the forest, not knowing where she was...

The girl approached a large stone, emitting a sinister aura, glowing with energy. Sure, there was nothing irregular about it, right? As soon as her finger made contact with the rock, something odd happened, but she wasn't sure what, but it felt alot like those shocks you get from doorknobs and such...

Panicking, she ran away from the thing, tripped on a branch, and stayed there...

This was no good day...

The larger of the two 'chipmunks' skittered to a sharp stop. "Who's there?" It was Luna, talking to herself about chipmunks in clothes. "Who was that?", called the other 'chipmunk'. "Matt, you won't believe this, but not only can humans speak English, the 'Luna' girl heard us." Matt winced. "You're joking right?" "Pfft, I really wish." Matt growled. "She's human?! I know this is an alternate reality universe, but humans. Dominant species? No, just no. Impossible." "Let's follow her." "She's touching the space machine! Oh, good. She's leaving. Oh no, she fell! We can't have her injured!" The tall one grimaced. "Shut up."

[Luna]

Few hours passed, no one was seen, and she woke up.
It was already night.
Muttering something about why it is full moon and such, suddenly as the clouds passsed over the moon, something odd happened...
"A tail?" The girl wondered as she looked behind her, and quickly looked for something on her head, ouch. The claws hit some grey ears, and it was more than painful...
No... It couldn't be...
She let out a loud howl towards the sky, a howl that pierced the clouds!

[spiritfur]

"Matt, what was that?" Asked the taller 'chipmunk' nervously. Matt looked up solemnly. "Remember when I told you the human had morphing power like you, Sarah?" Sarah sprang to her paws. "Of course, that's why we're out here naked pretending to be a lower species!" "She's morphing." "To what? A puny WOLF?!" "Things are opposite here, remember? A wolf is a deadly predator." "Ah. ...Should I be freaking out now?" "Why?" "Just look behind you." "... ... ... ... ...Yes." The wolf with gleaming yellow eyes breathed down, and the two skittered up a tree as fast as they could.

[Luna]

Hmph.
What kind of a coward would run away from a predator? Oh right, a 'puny' chipmunk. Sigh. One of the most quiet nights ever... And the first day trapped here... How did she survive this far...?
Sigh. No words could have described the despair she has experienced during that time... Wandering into a forest, getting trapped there, unintentionally being turned into a werewolf and losing control over your body... She fell down into the ground as the thought passed her, of sleep.

Sarah sighed angrily. She shook her fuzzy head and looked down. She stole a quick look at Matt, who was nibbling an acorn. No speech was needed. She was morphing. Her fur became longer. Her eyes stretched from their bright round usual qualities to almond shaped with dilated pupils. Her one large stripe turned into the rest of his tawny fur and smaller darker marks replaced them. She grew more than double her size, and her bushy tail became slick and thin. Sarah rested on her haunches, and leaped with grace to the forest floor. She sniffed instinctively. Blood. Was the subject--- No, Luna, her very own alternate, hurt? She ran as fast as he could, and soon her muscles ached. "It's just because I'm running. Nothing's wrong." But she knew something was. After a few minutes, she saw a hill in the distance. Closer, and she saw Luna lay in a thorn bed at the base of the hill. She must have fallen asleep and rolled down. She stood nervously on her hind legs. "Wait, I'm a cat! Can I do that?" she thought as she spun to see a bushy tail behind her. She was a chipmunk. A hoot echoed around them and she noticed an owl. "Just an o- Oh wait, an OWL!"
