I think this may relate to the Caesar Cipher.

But there is one thing... There will be over 35 different possible answers if this is the Caesar Cipher, if all the letters and numbers are shifted by the same number... I tried the megaupload link with a shift of three(XMB5BV0Z), no luck... Then I tried the first three letters with a shift of three then the rest of the letters with a shift of five(XMB7DX32)(the picture had three lines then five lines...)... No luck... I am stuck, maybe someone else can figure this part out...
