I wont argue weather he exists or not, but you really need to calm down. I have been in a similar situation, and you really start to lose your mind.
My normal state of mind is controlled paranoia. I suggest that you conquer your fears...

That reminds me of a story.
This guy was captured by the Tails Doll. The Tails Doll told him it found a new way of torture. Instead of physically hurting people, he would mentally torture them. He would make them think he was coming for them, until they were droven to the verge of insanity.
Idk if it's real, I just heard it.
