Where did this image come from? Is it Sega-related or a Fan-Pic? Or did the Tails Doll himself take it? I hate when an image floats its way on the internet and no one knows where it came from. So it may provide evidence of the Tails Doll existing if we find out where this came from!(And cure my curosity of where it came from -shifty look-)

I always wondered where it came from aswell. I just figured that it came from the game when I first saw it, but then I thought that it looks too detailed and stuff.
Odd thing is, I was just thinking of asking KRD and Ray (They're the only 2 on the chat at this time of posting, apart from me and Weirdo. And why would I ask myself. And Weirdo.... *Cough*) if they knew where it comes from.

I always thought that pic came straight from the game. But when HSC mentioned that he thought it was too detailed, I thought about the picture's origin. Maybe Sega's hiding crucial information that we all ought to know. The first time I saw that picture, I thought the Doll looked too real. But then again I was just 11 that time.

I've wondered the same thing. And no, that picture isn't too detailed-- That's Tails Doll's direct model from the game. Y'know, you can rip models from 3-D games like you Rip sprites. It only looks so detailed because it's a direct rip. What I want to know is how he appeared on that awkward backround... Like I said, it's direct, so either: A) His model from the game is on that weird checkered platform. (Weird) B) Someone Photoshopped it there. (More Likely) Alas, one thing I still wonder- All the Sonic R's lacked dynamic shading. even the Gem's version lacked having Dynamic shading. And yet, if you look at the pic's 'Save Name' (Which I'm assuming wasn't changed when Okibi put it up) Clearly shows it. (I marked where the Shading was)-

Yeah, it looks too 3D and detailed. I agree, TDF

What if a youtube guy made it? Then again it could have just been the real TD. I saw that thing on youtube once. I think they showed that it would move and it's eyes would flash. just type in Real Tails Doll Attack and you'll see it there.

I think i remember where it comes from, Some guy told it to me... The picture came from Sonic R if you completed the game 100% on the Sega Saturn, After the "Thanks for playing" page shows up, That picture of T.D comes up... But there's one thing i don't get, Why did SonicTeam chose a picture of T.D over other pictures of the other characters... It's just confusing.

I always thought these type of Sonic R pictures came off the ads. I remember seeing one with Knuckles on it with this same background. Or it just had the same Background.
